On-Site Specialists Inc. is a Canadian organization, which brings health care professionals to long-term care and retirement facilities. On-Site Specialists helps residents who are physically, emotionally and financially challenged and who are unable to access health services from the community.

The company utilizes health care professionals to provide the best possible service and care to residents. This is accomplished by the recruitment, coordination and placement of qualified health care practitioners. On-Site Specialists has selectively chosen its services to best represent the aging population.

We are presently working with approximately 40 facilities throughout Ontario and growing each day representing thousands of seniors in obtaining services on-site in their respective facility. We cover the spectrum and work with ORCA, OLTCA, and OANHSS accredited facilities. On-Site is represented in both private and government subsidized agencies and facilities.

Janice Groberman, President of On-Site Specialists Inc., the founder and inspiration behind the company is a practice management and marketing consultant. She understands the importance in joining appropriate healthcare providers with the diverse needs of seniors and their facilities. She focuses on providing homes with practitioners who prioritize optimum service and empathic care, to seniors and the less fortunate.

On-Site's ultimate aim is to provide seniors and staff with the best possible services in health care, and to alleviate the burdens typically associated in arranging "outside" appointments. Our ambition is to be the number one resource in linking health care practitioners and long-term care and retirement facilities throughout Canada.
